Bicentenari Cardenal Despuig
El Capítol Catedral estarà representat a l'Eucaristia que al convent de Santa Magdalena de Palma es celebrarà en sufragi del cardenal Antoni Despuig i Dameto (1745-1813), qui el 27 de març de 1774 prengué possessió d'una canongia de la Seu de Mallorca.
Els investigadors i la Seu
Tots els investigadors tenen a la seva disposició a la seu de l'Arxiu Capitular - Plaça de la Seu, Casa de l'Almoina - dos instruments d'alt valor: el catàleg del canonge arxiver don Josep Miralles, ara digitalitzat, i el Llibre Groc ara editat baix el guiatge del Prof. Jaume Sastre.
Legat de Mossèn Baltasar Morey
El Capítol de la Seu ha rebut un significatiu donatiu, legat del qui fou durant anys beneficiat i mestre de cerimònies Mn. Baltasar Morey i Carbonell, recentment finit.

BAPTISM
Timetable:
First and third Sunday of the month at 6 p.m
“Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ and are incorporated into the Church and made participants in her mission: “Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.”.

“Baptism is the first sacrament of faith, which is the faith of the Mother Church”.

COMMUNION

Celebrations of First Holy Communions:
Mass from 12 midday each Sunday
Requisites:
Presentation of the certificate of Baptism and two years of catechesis.

“The first participation in the sacrament of the Eucharist completes the Christian Initiation, as it gives plenitude to the incorporation in the Body of Christ”.

MATRIMONY
Timetable:
Saturdays: 4’30 p.m. – 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Notify two months in advance.
“The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament”.

RECONCILICIATION
Timetable:
On Sundays and precept days from 8’30 a.m. to 1’30 p.m.
in the Confessional near the side door called Mirador.
“Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God's mercy for the offence committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labours for their conversion”.
(Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1422).
“God-Father does not abandon the sinful son, instead, through the Church, he is asked to receive the sacrament of Penance”.
